My Career Interests

I spent 30 minutes taking a careers test this afternoon on www.livecareer.com. After answering 100 questions about my work preferences - including classics such as would I enjoy spraying crops from a small plane, raising chickens or tapping maple trees for sugar - I was finally presented with the results. Apparently my highest interest is in writing, closely followed by teaching/social work and then by persuasive jobs.

The results were based on interests not aptitude so I actually could have figured that out for myself but sometimes it's nice to see these things written down in front of me.

It then went on to tell me I am an Artistic (creator) and not a Realistic (Doer) before informing me that if I wanted a more detailed break down I should pay them $24.95. Great, thanks.

Kathrin did you take the test even though I made it sound vague and crap? You must be trying to avoid something, is it revision time already?
