A Feminine Mathias?

I don't think that anybody could argue that Mathias is anything other than 100% masculine. He's the sort of guy you could not pass off as a woman even if you were the most talented makeup artist in the world and had access to any wig or costume emporium that has ever existed. Yet somehow there is a person on this planet, i.e. his sister, who resembles him closely yet is a beautiful example of a female. Bizarre.
