Any advances on Pirate Womble Washerwoman?

Menus on springs suspended from the ceiling, yellow walls and crazy teapots are all things I've grown to expect from The Jolly Roger Tea Room, also known as "That crazy cafe on the quay."

However, today I spotted something, or rather someone new lurking in the corner. At first I thought it was a four-foot womble but further inspection suggested not quite.
