Sunburn - Don't Get Caught Out

I know it's unusual to find a serious article on this blog but please don't interpret this as anything less than entirely sincere.

The image below is a photograph of my back taken 5 minutes ago. I have not edited it at all. You can see how burnt I am by looking at the strap marks.

Sunburn - Don't Get Caught Out

This degree of burning is from ONE HOUR working outside without sunscreen on this morning. Please be careful.

I am irritated with myself because I am usually so careful not to burn or get an excessive sun tan. It is so dangerous. As you can see, I have dark hair and I am not freckled. I don't have the sort of skin that burns easily. Please be careful.
